We were honored to be invited as Mystery sponsor to the event dedicated to "Cold Art" at the 39th International Ice Cream Fair in Rimini where the best professionals of ice cream, pastry, chocolate and haute cuisine were invited to create in the arena to confront and challenge themselves with new recipes and tests of skill and technique. The Ice Cream World Cup, an event now in its eighth edition, saw the best of "cold art" parade with our products Rose Jam, Rose Syrup and Damask Rose essence for creations of amazing ice cream recipes.
